The room was generously sized. It also had nice furnishings. I loved that the toilet is a separate space with a sink from the shower area. The bed was super comfy. I also greatly appreciate how they gave each of us Christmas stockings filled with yummy goodies and toiletries to wish us a Merry Christmas! It was severely thoughtful.

The hotel is in a great location and offers clean, modern accommodation. the breakfast service was disorganised. Getting a coffee took around 20 minutes and usually required at least one reminder to staff. The buffet itself was quite limited.

the location is fantastic the bond street station is so close i walked there in under two minutes breakfast included fresh pastries and a variety of fruit i loved that there were gluten free options available i appreciate the quick check in and check out process. i found the room service very fast my food arrived within twenty minutes of ordering

the room lighting was a little tricky to figure out sometimes lights turned on unexpectedly at night

The hotel's location is excellent near a main tube station. Restaurants and shops are in close proximity. The staff was very cute and helpful. I received an upgrade to a larger room. It was beautifully decorated and clean.

I found the lighting controls in the room somewhat difficult to master .

The room had dyson hair styling kit. i also received a complimentary bottle of wine because it was my first stay. the hotel also gave me free halloween-themed sweets. This was a nice touch!!!

i did notice the air conditioning was a bit too warm during the day. this made the room slightly uncomfortable. it would be great if the ac could be adjusted for better cooling.
